We highly value your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy details how the App processes your health logs and backups under our secure serverless architecture.

1. 完全本機運算與儲存 1. Local Storage and Processing

「我的頭痛日記」秉持隱私至上的核心理念。預設情況下，本應用程式無任何外部網路伺服器，採用 「完全本機優先 (Local-First)」 的安全機制： My Headache Diary prioritizes user privacy. By default, the App runs entirely offline without any external servers, utilizing a secure "Local-First" mechanism:

• 所有您輸入的發作時間、疼痛強度（VAS）、伴隨症狀、潛在誘因、服藥紀錄及備註，皆只儲存於您個人的行動裝置（手機）本地沙盒資料庫內。 All records you input (intensity, duration, symptoms, triggers, medications, notes) are stored strictly within the App's private local database sandbox on your device.
• 我們不會（也無從）收集、監控、分析或向任何第三方伺服器傳送您的個人隱私與健康紀錄。 We do not collect, monitor, analyze, or transmit your private health records to any external servers.

2. Google Drive 雲端同步服務之隱私說明 2. Google Drive Sync Privacy

本應用程式提供可自由啟用的 「Google Drive 雲端備份與同步」 功能。若您決定主動開啟此功能，將適用以下隱私與安全條款： The App offers an optional "Google Drive Cloud Sync" feature. If you choose to enable this feature, the following privacy policies apply:

• 授權存取範圍（Scope）：本程式僅申請 Google Drive 的 drive.appdata (Application Data Folder) 專屬應用程式資料夾存取權限。本程式無權讀取、修改或刪除您雲端硬碟中的任何其他個人檔案與照片。 Access Scope: The App requests only the drive.appdata (Application Data Folder) permission. The App cannot read, edit, or delete any other files, folders, or photos on your Google Drive.
• 資料所有權：備份檔案（migralog_backup.json）儲存在您個人 Google 帳戶的私密沙盒空間中，開發者及任何第三方皆無法存取該檔案。 Data Ownership: Backup files (migralog_backup.json) are stored privately inside your personal Google Account's hidden AppData folder. The developer and third parties have no access to it.
• 隨時中斷連線：您可以隨時在 App 設定中關閉同步、清除 Google 帳號憑證，或在您 Google 帳戶的「安全性設定」中撤銷對「我的頭痛日記」的存取授權。 Disconnect Anytime: You can disable sync, clear sign-in credentials in App Settings, or revoke App access permissions anytime inside your Google Account's security settings page.

3. Google API 服務資料政策合規與限制使用聲明 (Limited Use) 3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance (Limited Use)

本應用程式（我的頭痛日記）對從 Google APIs 接收到的資訊進行使用和傳輸至其他應用程式時，將嚴格遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括其中的限制使用要求（Limited Use Requirements）。 The App's (My Headache Diary) use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

我們絕不會將透過 Google APIs 取得的任何使用者資料用於廣告展示、販售給第三方，或任何未在條款中說明的商業營利目的。所有取得的資料僅在使用者授權後用於本地端與使用者個人雲端硬碟間的雙向備份與資料還原。 We will never use data received from Google APIs for serving advertisements, sell it to third parties, or transfer it for any commercial purposes. All data accessed is strictly used for two-way synchronization and data restore between your local device and your personal Google Drive account under your explicit authorization.

4. 免費、無廣告與零追蹤 4. Ad-Free & Zero Analytics Tracking

• 本應用程式完全免費，且沒有嵌入任何廣告軟體開發套件 (SDK)（例如 Google AdMob 等），因此不會有任何第三方廣告商追蹤您的個人廣告 ID 或廣告偏好。 The App is completely free and **does not embed any ad SDKs** (such as Google AdMob). No third-party advertisers can track your advertising ID or preferences.
• 本應用程式沒有嵌入任何第三方行為追蹤或分析工具（例如 Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics 等），我們絕不收集您的使用軌跡與統計行為。 The App **does not use any user tracking SDKs** (such as Google Analytics or Firebase). We never collect your app usage metrics or tracking events.

5. 資料保護與個人責任 5. Data Protection & Personal Responsibility

由於您的頭痛日記資料完全儲存在本機裝置中： Because your headache records are saved entirely on your device local database:

• 若您的裝置遺失、損毀或未經備份即進行出廠重設，本地儲存的歷史紀錄將永久無法復原。 If your device is lost, damaged, or factory-reset without a backup, your local history records will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
• 我們強烈建議您啟用 App 內建的「Google Drive 雲端同步」或定期「手動導出 JSON 備份檔」以確保資料安全。 We strongly recommend enabling "Google Drive Cloud Sync" or exporting backups manually to ensure data safety.

6. 隱私權政策之變更 6. Changes to this Policy

隨著功能的優化或法規要求，我們可能會不定期更新此隱私權政策。若有重大變更，我們會在 App 更新日誌中隨同公佈，使用者可隨時在此網頁查閱最新版本。 We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect app updates or regulatory changes. We will note changes in our release logs, and users can review updates on this page.
